Scott Salzman

As Operations Director, Scott loves solving problems in creative ways and is always dreaming up a new way to make things better. He is constantly thinking about how to take complex systems and simplify them for everyday use. His goal is to equip people to thrive in hard places instead of flaming out. He lives with his beautiful wife and four children in Southwestern Michigan. In his spare time he can be found tinkering with his smart home or reading good fiction.
