The Maker's Table

​​As image-bearers of our Creator God, we were born to create. This is manifested uniquely in each person, whether through detailed spreadsheets, making delicious food, moving dirt with heavy equipment, building houses, or through art, we are created to make things new and better; to explore the world around us and be inspired. Unfortunately, there are many things in this world that pull us away from creativity. We are too busy, too tired, uninspired, and often just trying to survive all of the hard that surrounds us here on this earth. Here at OneTree we believe that creating and making things is actually vital to our thriving. Creating helps us fight a scarcity mindset that says there is not enough to go around, it draws our attention to the beauty of creation around us, and it cultivates wonder in our hearts.
